Discover and Learn workshop (学习工作坊) at Popular Mega Bookfair Straits Quay 2014

We went to the annual Mega Bookfair by Popular. They have fun "workshop" for the kiddies so I registered them for it. We went on a weekday so it wasn't crowded. However this is not an actual workshop, just booths for the kids to have some fun activities, get a stamp at each station and redeem a gift when completed collecting the stamps.

Cherry was disappointed as she didn't like "boys" type of design on the bag

While the children went around the workshop, I scouted for their children's books. We got Enid Blyton Famous Five and Five Investigators. The children got some picture books like Hello Kitty and Lego Movie too. And some Chinese children books. I got Nancy Drew books for myself, only they didn't have the full collection as the sales staff mentioned sapu habis on the first day :p As for Papa, he don't read remember hahaha! (Let's see if he will spot this jab :P )

Too bad they didn't have more classic storybooks for children at discount, such as The Secret Garden and Anne of Green Gables that is requested by Cherry.

Still, we have enough books to last us a year :)
