Penang's latest hip-and-happening place, Straits Quay. Even though the shops are not fully opened yet, we just go to check out as there is a
Christmas CandyLand By The Sea on-going. We went during afternoon, so didn't manage to see the lights (another time perhaps). The building is very much E&O colonial style. Not sure if above the shops is hotel? Or apartment? There are fans at the corridor. Most of the shops opened are F&B outlets.
